Caring ups stake in Carluccio’s

Carluccio’s share price has been weak over recent months but news that Richard Caring, the owner of the Ivy and a number of other top London restaurants, has upped his stake to 10.28 per cent should help reverse the trend. Tipped here in April last year at 159p, Carluccio’s remains a firm hold at the current 180.5p.
