Mortice Ltd, a Singapore-based owner of Indian guarding and security group Peregrine, is seeking £5 million through an AIM float.
Accountant Grant Thornton is nominated adviser and West End financial group Jermyn Capital Partners broker to Mortice, whose Peregrine subsidiary provides security services, including manned guarding, to more than 450 corporate clients. Mortice also owns Tenon Property Services. Ranjit Rajain is executive chairman and Andrew Barker is chief executive officer.
The £5 million fundraising, at 13p, will value Mortice at £31 million. Only 16.1 per cent of the shares will be in public hands after flotation.
