Authorities have granted a final permit for zinc mining and treatment play ZincOx Resources’ Ohio recycling project.
The AIM-quoted company says the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has granted it a ‘Final Permit to Install’. This is the sixth permit awarded to ZincOx related to the recycling project and, says the company, was the ‘last major hurdle to be overcome before site work can begin’, which is expected to be in May.
Chairman Andrew Woollett says the award of this permit is ‘a major milestone towards successful completion’. ZincOx shares are 13p up today at 219p, valuing the company at £124.3 million, and should make further progress, stock market conditions permitting.
