Toronto-quoted copper and gold play Kalamantan Gold plans to list on AIM after raising £1.3 million from RAB Capital and others.
Entrepreneur Rahman Connelly heads the company, which is seeking to establish joint ventures for copper and gold projects in Indonesia. Resources Investment Trust is among the groups that have joined RAB in providing pre-float funding for Kalamantan, which wants to exploit a new project in the similarly named region of Indonesia.
The company's shares now trade on Toronto at the equivalent of 16p a share.
