Luxury car specialist H.R. Owen has appointed Chris Harris as its marketing and customer director.
The role, a new one for the business, has been created, according to H.R. Owen, as ‘part of a wider restructuring of the business’.
Harris joins the company from Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia, where he served as the global brand and marketing strategy director since 2004. The company notes that he will help the business drive its ‘experience is everything’ strategy, adding that he will build ‘world class’ digital communications.
Outgoing chief executive Andy Duncan remarks that Morris will be developing models for ‘managing our customers to maximise their lifetime value across our different brands and businesses’, adding that he has ‘significant senior level experience of marketing at both a strategic and operational level.’
