Appointments: Cats anticipate Fait
Israeli Yosi Fait has been appointed to the board of machine-to-machine communications specialist Telit Communications as finance director. Fait is a certified public accountant who has previously served as the CEO of a number of companies including Alony Group and H&O. Furthermore, he worked as the finance director of Pelephone Communications, the first cellular operator in Israel.
Telit’s colourfully monikered CEO, Oozi Cats, remarked that it was with ‘great pleasure that I welcome Yosi to Telit’s board of directors’, adding that he was ‘confident that Yosi’s vast experience as CFO of a mobile network operator and as CEO of publicly traded companies will further strengthen Telit’s board and will focus our continued efforts to increase shareholder value’.
