Appointments: Carlisle fills finance post

11/02/2011 Robert Tyerman

Derivatives trading software concern FFastfFill has announced the appointment of Mark Carlisle as chief financial officer. He joins the company from software company Kewill, where he has worked since March 2010 as group controller, and will take his position in April 2011.

A chartered accountant, the 33-year-old Carlisle qualified in 2003 with professional services firm Deloitte, where he became a senior manager in Deloitte’s technology, media and telecommunications team. Chairman Keith Todd says the appointment of Carlisle is ‘a further example of the development of FFastFill’, adding that he has ‘a keen understanding of our technology, its potential and the requirements of a public technology company such as ours.’
