Totalise is yet another free ISP floating on Ofex - but this one is offering free shares to its users. In exchange for registering for an e-mail address or signing up for internet access, Totalise will give away between 200 and 1000 shares. These are currently sitting at 30p per share so the sums of money involved are not trifling. Totalise intends for two-thirds of the company to remain in the hands of those that use it. Presumably investors will hope they will rise stratospherically as other ISPs have done in the past. Totalise's portal service attempts to pare down the nebulous mass of information on the net and organise it into manageable chunks. It has recently added the on-line gaming service from fellow Ofex company Sportingbet.com to its list of sports sites.
