Pre-tax profit rose £544,000 to £899,000 in the year to the end of June at the secretive property and trading concern controlled by the Stalbow brothers. Turnover went up less quickly, up £860,000, or 18%, to £5.63m. Earnings per share at GR, which owns sheepskin and wool products maker Morland, leapt 4.1p to 4.7p. However, the 1p dividend remained unchanged. This though does not include a apecial payout, proposed earlier in the year.
