Brewery and pub group Young & Co announced it had raised £15m via an issue of debenture stock. The new money will be used primarily to reduce the group's bank loans. This news comes after recent interim results which saw the group raise the pre-tax line 27% to £3.4m - despite the supposed 'downturn' in the brewery and pub market.
