A brace of new openings and acquisitions enabled bar and club group Luminar to more than double interim pre-tax profits to £29.5 million as sales soared 116 per cent to £166.4 million. With current trading strong and expansion continuing apace, the full year figures should be impressive. Leslie Copeland reports.
