Global Brands, owner of some continental Domino's Pizza franchises, wants to raise £3.5 million on AIM at 185p.
Midas Investment Management is handling the placing for Global Brands, which owns the exclusive master franchise of Domino's Pizza (itself AIM-listed) in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. Run by Yossi Moldawsky, whose family has a combined controlling stake, turned a £600,000 loss into a £350,000 pre-tax profit last year and made £44,000 pre-tax in the first half of 2005.
