The site is not allowing me access to articles, even though I am a subscriber. What should I do?
In the first instance, click here to login again using your email address and password. You can also find a link to the login page on the right-hand side of the home page. If you have forgotten your password you can click the link to request that it is sent to you again. Please also check that the privacy settings on your computer allow cookies to be enabled as this is required in order to access the site, unless you choose to login each time you visit.

If you are still experiencing problems logging in then you can email info@growthcompany.co.uk with your contact details and the nature of your problem.

How can I change my postal address?
The easiest way to change your contact details is via the website on the “My Account” page. You can find this page under the TOOLBOX button on the left, or a link on the right-hand side of the home page. You must be logged in to view this page.

How can I change my email address?
You can also change your email address via the website on the “My Account” page. You can find this page under the TOOLBOX button on the left, or a link on the right-hand side of the home page. You must be logged in to view this page.

How can I renew my subscription?
If you have subscribed via an online link then your subscription will be renewed automatically each year, unless we hear from you to cancel at any stage before the renewal date.

If you instructed us to set up a standing order on your bank account in order to pay for your subscription then this will be renewed automatically each year unless you cancel this arrangement with your bank.

Can I pay for my subscription by cheque?
Yes. Please make cheques payable to Growth Company Investor Ltd and send to: The Subscriptions Department, Growth Company Investor Ltd, 95 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4JF.

Can I be invoiced for my subscription?
Yes. Please contact a member of the Subscription team if you wish to be invoiced for your subscription. Please quote the invoice number when sending a cheque for your subscription and clearly state your contact details.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@growthcompany.co.uk, or by calling the subscriptions department on 020 7430 9777. All cancellations will then by confirmed in writing. If you do not receive your cancellation confirmation please re-contact the subscriptions department.

Please note that we do not offer pro-rata refunds on subscriptions. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How can I cancel my standing order subscription payment?
If you have a standing order set up for your subscription payments, then you must contact your bank directly if you wish to cancel this arrangement. Your bank will not allow us to cancel this on your behalf. If you need more information regarding your standing order arrangement, click here to contact our subscriptions department. Please also advise us if you intend to cancel your standing order so that we can amend our records.

How often is Growth Company Investor magazine published?
The magazine is published 10 times a year, with a double issue in the summer (Jul/Aug) and over Christmas (Dec/Jan).

How often is growthcompany.co.uk updated?
Our team of journalists update the website daily and will report on developments in between the magazine being published. Prices and charts featured are supplied with a 15-minute delay.

Can I sell shares through Growth Company Investor?
Growth Company Investor is not a broker. However, we have a share-dealing service in association with Hargreaves Lansdowne, who can be contacted on 0117 980 9805.
